I am sure my classroom experiences will fall somewhere in the middle between other trainee teachers – however all my experiences were highly positive and simply fuelled by desire to become a teacher!

I think Desmos is a really powerful tool for visualising and I am looking forward to trying out more of its functionality.

My main advice is to not stress too much, the process can be overwhelming and daunting at times, but I can assure you that as long as you are prepared and don’t forget to smile, you’ll ace it!

The best part about this route is that you are in the school from day one and can see how the school operates throughout the year.

We had all been asked to create a Desmos account prior to the session and during the webinar Tom Button showed us all its lovely features that we can use in and out of the classroom.

As a career changer, I think my experience will greatly support me to become a better teacher. I hope I can create an exciting and motivating learning environment to my students.
