I have enjoyed working with students from a range of different backgrounds and in a variety of settings and have taken a little bit from each experience to build my own teaching style.

Have faith in yourself and your abilities, revise as much as you are able, and you will be fine. And don’t forget to check your answers at the end!

This session, personally, opened floodgates to a mind field of opportunities. The field is inspiring, creative and allows for so much scope for learning. If any percent of the work Clarissa does is brought into a classroom, I believe the students will feel a new sense of engagement towards mathematics.

NRICH is a treasure hoard for maths teachers, and it’s completely free. I’m glad to have learned about it.

I hope with all this extra support available to me, I make the most of it and become the best teacher I am able to be.

! Teaching is an amazing profession, and I would not have decided to get into teaching without such prior classroom experience.
